Infosys has expanded its strategic collaboration with DNB Bank ASA to modernize its financial crime operations. Leveraging the NICE Actimize X-Sight platform, the partnership aims to transform DNB’s legacy systems into a unified, intelligent, cloud-native platform. Infosys and DNB Bank Forge Strategic Partnership

Infosys announced an expansion of its strategic collaboration with DNB Bank ASA (DNB), Norway’s largest bank, focused on modernizing DNB’s Financial Crime (FinCrime) operations. The partnership will utilize the advanced capabilities of the NICE Actimize X-Sight Enterprise platform to create a unified, intelligence-driven, cloud-native system.

Transforming Financial Crime Operations

This collaboration is designed to transform DNB’s fragmented and legacy FinCrime systems into a modern, integrated platform. Infosys will serve as the systems integration partner, leading the end-to-end modernization, including enterprise architecture design, platform integration, and data migration. Key functions such as customer and payment screening, customer due diligence, and transaction and fraud monitoring will be consolidated onto a scalable SaaS platform with unified enterprise case management.

Leveraging AI and Advanced Analytics

The integration of NICE Actimize X-Sight will provide DNB with enhanced capabilities for anti-money laundering and fraud detection, offering a holistic view of customer risk visibility. The platform’s AI-driven features are expected to enable advanced automation, improve detection accuracy, accelerate investigations with actionable insights, and enhance DNB’s response time to regulatory demands, thereby future-proofing its financial crime controls.
