Transaction Details

The primary purpose of this agreement is the monetization and partial divestment of the Series A-1 Preferred Shares previously held by IKS Inc. The aggregate consideration for this sale is stated to be USD 10,000,175/-. This transaction involves the sale of 54,055 Series A-1 Preferred Shares.
