His professional background highlights extensive capabilities in business strategy formulation, project development, sales and operations management, joint venture negotiations, and the execution of large-scale infrastructure projects. Mr. Jha has a proven track record of successfully leading business turnarounds and driving growth across diverse renewable energy domains, such as wind, solar, battery energy storage systems, and green hydrogen initiatives. Furthermore, he has played instrumental roles in significant railway, power, and nuclear energy projects, including those involving technology transfer and localization programs.

Academically, Mr. Jha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi. He also possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from B.I.T. Sindri.
