Ordinary Business:
- Adoption of Financial Statements: Shareholders will review and adopt the Audited Standalone Financial Statements of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, alongside the reports of the Board of Directors and Statutory Auditors.

- Remuneration Revision: The meeting will consider and approve revisions in the remuneration of Mr. Yogesh Malhotra (DIN: 05332393), Whole-time Director & CEO, and Mr. Sunil Kansal (DIN: 09208705), Whole-time Director & CFO, effective from April 1, 2026.
