Profit after tax rose by 15.1% to reach INR 5,541 million. Driven by higher patient volumes and improved clinical realizations, the company demonstrated strong operational efficiency across its network of matured hospitals.
Q4 Operational Highlights
The final quarter, ending March 31, 2026, marked the company’s highest-ever quarterly performance, with total income reaching INR 11,958 million, a 25.3% year-on-year growth. Profit after tax for the quarter surged by 39.7% to INR 1,417 million. Volume growth remained impressive, with in-patient counts up 23.0% and out-patient counts up 27.5% compared to the same period last year.
Expansion and Infrastructure Progress
The company significantly expanded its footprint during the year, adding 623 new beds, representing a 20.5% growth in capacity. Key developments included the full operationalization of the 550-bed Noida hospital, which has already achieved NABH accreditation. Additionally, the company has bolstered its clinical network with the onboarding of over 550 doctors, including 200 senior clinicians, to drive excellence in patient care.
Strategic Future Outlook
Looking ahead, Global Health Limited is focused on maintaining its growth trajectory through both existing and new projects. The company expects to add approximately 500 beds across existing hospitals over the next 12 months. Furthermore, it has committed to a long-term expansion plan that includes 2,700 new beds through five major greenfield projects, including new facilities in Guwahati and Varanasi, to be developed over the next 3-4 years.
