Global Health: Approves Q1 FY27 Results, Declares ₹0.50 Dividend

The Board of Directors also approved the notice for the 22nd Annual General Meeting and fixed August 14, 2026, as the record date for a proposed final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share for FY2025-26. Additionally, the company approved the appointment of Mr. Pradeep Kumar Singh as Chief Digital Officer and a revised construction plan for its Guwahati hospital to increase bed capacity.

Global Health Approves Q1 FY27 Financials

Global Health Limited (GHL) has announced the outcome of its Board of Directors meeting held on Thursday, July 30, 2026. Inter alia, the Board approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2026. Certified copies of these results, along with the Limited Review Reports from the Statutory Auditors, M/s Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, have been enclosed.

Proposed Final Dividend and AGM Details

The Board also approved the notice for the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 12:00 Noon, to be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Video Means (VC/OAVM). Furthermore, in accordance with Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the company has fixed Friday, August 14, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder entitlement for the payment of a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. This proposed final dividend is ₹0.50 per equity share, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing AGM.

Key Management and Expansion Updates

In other significant decisions, the Board appointed Mr. Pradeep Kumar Singh as the ‘Chief Digital Officer’ and one of the Senior Management Personnel (SMPs) of the Company, effective July 30, 2026. His profile highlights over 25 years of experience in technology leadership and digital transformation.

The company also approved a revised construction plan for its upcoming hospital in Guwahati. This revision will increase the proposed bed capacity from 400 beds to 650 beds, with an estimated project cost of ₹970 crores to be funded through a mix of internal accruals and debt. The expansion is strategically located and aims to serve over 50 million people across the North East region, bringing advanced medical expertise and cutting-edge technology.
