Ganesha Ecosphere: Sets Cut-off Date for 37th AGM E-Voting

Ganesha Ecosphere Limited has announced the cut-off date for determining the voting rights of shareholders for the upcoming 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The cut-off date is set for Thursday, September 10, 2026. Shareholders will be able to participate in remote e-voting from September 14 to September 16, 2026, and also vote during the AGM. The company has appointed scrutinizers to ensure a fair voting process.

AGM Voting Rights Defined

Ganesha Ecosphere Limited has formally intimated the cut-off date for shareholders to establish their entitlement for voting at the company’s upcoming 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM). As per the announcement, the cut-off date is set for Thursday, September 10, 2026. This date will be used to ascertain the proportion of paid-up equity share capital held by each shareholder, which will then determine their voting rights.

Remote E-Voting Details Announced

The company is facilitating remote e-voting for its shareholders. The facility for remote e-voting will commence on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. and will conclude on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. Shareholders who hold shares in physical or dematerialized form are encouraged to cast their votes electronically before the AGM. After the closing time, the e-voting module will be disabled by the designated service provider, NSDL.

Scrutiny of Voting Process

To ensure the transparency and fairness of the entire e-voting process, including both remote e-voting and voting during the AGM, Ganesha Ecosphere Limited has appointed Mr. S. K. Gupta as the Scrutinizer. Ms. Divya Saxena will serve as the Alternate Scrutinizer. Both are practicing company secretaries appointed to oversee the proceedings.

37th AGM Details

The 37th AGM is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026. The company is providing arrangements for remote e-voting, participation in the AGM through Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), and e-voting during the AGM itself. NSDL has been engaged to provide the necessary e-voting infrastructure and support.
