Finolex Industries Presents Q1 FY27 Performance
Finolex Industries Limited has submitted its investor presentation detailing the unaudited financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27 (ending June 30, 2026). The presentation highlights key performance indicators, business updates, and marketing initiatives during the period.
Financial Highlights for Q1 FY27
The company’s business performance in Q1 FY27 was characterized by lower sales volumes, mainly attributed to weak demand and volatility in PVC prices. This resulted in a 27% reduction in sales volume to 67,699 MT compared to 92,129 MT in Q1 FY26. Consequently, revenue saw a 15% decrease, amounting to ₹884 crore against ₹1,043 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Despite the revenue dip, Finolex Industries demonstrated a notable improvement in operating performance. Similarly, PBT improved from ₹126 crore to ₹148 crore, a 17% rise.
The company’s liquidity position remains robust, with approximately ₹2,636 crore in free cash (net).

Marketing and CSR Initiatives
Finolex Industries showcased various marketing initiatives undertaken during Q1 FY26-27, including print ads across major publications, stationery kit gifting to retailers, and a Remembrance Day short film. The company also highlighted its extensive CSR activities across India, focusing on areas such as Animal Welfare, Clean Water & Sanitation, Eradication of Hunger and Poverty, Promoting Gender Equality, Support to Differently Abled, Skills and Livelihood, and Promoting Preventive Healthcare.
The company is actively involved in 15 out of 16 CSR mandated areas, demonstrating a strong commitment to social responsibility. Key CSR activities in Q1 FY27 included renewed support for cattle feed, restoration of water streams, distribution of dining utensils, empowering women farmers, and establishing a Start-up and Innovation Digital Lab.
