Epigral Limited Announces Audited Financial Results and Final Dividend for FY 2025-26

Epigral Limited has released its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a standalone revenue of ₹2,527.18 crore for the full year and declared a final dividend of ₹5.00 per share. The board meeting, held on May 2, 2026, also highlighted the company’s strategic shift to lower tax regimes and continued investment in sustainable energy through wind-solar hybrid projects.

Financial Performance Overview

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Epigral Limited achieved a standalone revenue from operations of ₹2,527.18 crore. The company reported a net profit after tax of ₹333.01 crore for the year. In the fourth quarter (Jan-Mar 2026) alone, the company recorded a revenue of ₹736.16 crore and a quarterly profit after tax of ₹81.93 crore.

Dividend Declaration

Reflecting the company’s robust performance, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹5.00 per equity share, representing a 50% payout on the face value of ₹10/- per share for the financial year 2025-26.

Strategic Tax and Energy Initiatives

During the fiscal year, Epigral exercised the option under Section 115BAA of the Income-tax Act, 1961, to benefit from a reduced corporate tax rate. This transition resulted in a one-time deferred tax credit of ₹80.87 crore, positively impacting the bottom line.

Furthermore, the company has made significant strides in energy sustainability. Through its partnership with Pro-Zeal Green Power Ten Private Limited, the company is investing in a 19.80 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Power project in Gujarat. This initiative is supported by a long-term Energy Supply Agreement, under which Epigral will purchase at least 51% of the generated power for the next 25 years to support its manufacturing operations.
