This payment is subject to the formal approval of shareholders during the upcoming meeting. The Record Date for the final dividend has been set for Friday, June 12, 2026.
Book Closure and Remote E-Voting
To facilitate the meeting and dividend distribution, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, June 13, 2026, to Thursday, June 25, 2026, inclusive of both dates. Shareholders are entitled to participate in remote e-voting to cast their ballots on company business. The Cut-off Date to determine member eligibility for electronic voting is Thursday, June 18, 2026.
