Bosch Limited has concluded a successful financial year, posting total revenue from operations of ₹200,347 million, representing a growth of 10.8% over the previous year. For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, revenue grew by 13.3% compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company’s Profit Before Tax (before exceptional items) rose by 13.0% for the full year, while Profit After Tax reached ₹27,703 million.
Strategic Joint Venture for Mobility
The Board of Directors has approved a Joint Venture Agreement with Wheels India Limited and Brakes India Private Limited. This partnership, in which Bosch will hold a 50% stake, focuses on the development and production of solutions for the commercial vehicle air system segment. This strategic move aims to leverage combined expertise to foster innovation and meet evolving market demands in the mobility sector.
Leadership Transition
As part of its board restructuring, the company noted the conclusion of Dr. Pawan Kumar Goenka’s tenure as an Independent Director, effective May 20, 2026. Concurrently, the Board has unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Ramesh Ramadurai as an Additional Director and Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term starting May 21, 2026.
