Chambal Fertilisers: Q1 FY27 Unaudited Financial Results Reported

Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited has announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a total income of ₹5,027.02 crore and a profit before tax of ₹926.59 crore for the standalone entity in Q1 FY27. The consolidated results also showed a total income of ₹5,053.96 crore and a profit before tax of ₹746.72 crore.

Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited has officially submitted its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27, ending on June 30, 2026. The announcement follows a board meeting held on July 30, 2026, where these results were approved.

Standalone Financial Highlights

On a standalone basis, the company reported a total income of ₹5,027.02 crore for the quarter, a significant increase compared to the ₹2,785.03 crore recorded in the preceding quarter (Q4 FY26) and ₹5,697.61 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (Q1 FY26). Expenses for the quarter stood at ₹4,282.03 crore. The profit before tax (PBT) for the standalone entity was ₹926.59 crore, with a net profit after tax of ₹703.49 crore.

Consolidated Financial Performance

The consolidated financial results for the Group also reflect strong performance. Total income for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, was ₹5,053.96 crore. Expenses amounted to ₹4,282.14 crore. The profit before tax on a consolidated basis was ₹746.72 crore, leading to a profit after tax of ₹523.60 crore. The consolidated total comprehensive income for the period stood at ₹543.85 crore.

Segmental Performance Overview

The company’s operations are divided into key segments, including ‘Own Manufactured Fertilisers’, ‘Complex Fertilisers’, and ‘Crop Protection Chemicals, Speciality Nutrients and Seeds’. The ‘Own Manufactured Fertilisers’ segment generated revenue of ₹2,859.98 crore in Q1 FY27. Segment results indicate profitability across major segments, contributing to the overall financial outcomes.

Key Financial Metrics

Earnings per equity share (basic and diluted) for the standalone entity were reported at ₹17.56 for the quarter. The company maintains a robust equity base with Paid up Equity Share Capital at ₹400.65 crore and Other Equity at ₹9,786.64 crore.
