35th Annual General Meeting Details
The company has also issued a notice for its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted entirely through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The agenda for the AGM includes the adoption of audited financial statements and the retirement by rotation of a director, with proposals for ratification of the Cost Auditor’s remuneration and approval of material related party transactions also to be discussed.
