The company posted a Net Profit after Tax of ₹29.55 Lakhs for the quarter, a significant turnaround from a Net Loss of ₹54.40 Lakhs in the quarter ended March 31, 2026. Total income for the current quarter was reported at ₹199.47 Lakhs, comprising revenue from operations of ₹194.87 Lakhs and other income of ₹4.60 Lakhs.

Total expenses for the quarter amounted to ₹168.71 Lakhs. Profit before tax stood at ₹30.75 Lakhs.

Comparative Performance

Compared to the same quarter in the previous year (ended June 30, 2025), the Net Profit after Tax shows a substantial increase from ₹10.44 Lakhs to ₹29.55 Lakhs. Total income also grew from ₹182.77 Lakhs to ₹199.47 Lakhs.

The company also reported Other Comprehensive Income of ₹0.55 Lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This brings the Total Comprehensive Income for the period to ₹30.10 Lakhs.

Earnings Per Share (EPS)
