Vesting Schedule and Exercise Period
The granted ESOPs will follow a structured vesting schedule:
- 25% of the options will vest upon completion of one year from the grant date.
- 25% will vest upon completion of two years from the grant date.
- 25% will vest upon completion of three years from the grant date.
- The remaining 25% will vest upon completion of four years from the grant date.
The period within which these options may be exercised is a maximum of five years from the respective vesting date.
