On a consolidated basis, BHIL’s profit after tax for Q1 FY27 stood at ₹2,706 crore. This figure is presented against a consolidated profit after tax of ₹3,487 crore for Q1 FY26. The consolidated results also indicate that the profit on sale of equity shares of Bajaj Finserv Limited (BFS) for Q1 FY26 was ₹1,522 crore. The company’s share of profits from associates in Q1 FY27 was ₹2,359 crore.

In Q1 FY26, BHIL divested 1.04 crore equity shares of its associate company, Bajaj Finserv Limited (BFS), through a block deal. Profit on debt securities net for Q1 FY27 was ₹3 crore, against ₹114 crore in Q1 FY26. The standalone profit after tax, excluding the profit on sale of BFS shares, is ₹344 crore for Q1 FY27, versus ₹194 crore for Q1 FY26.

As of June 30, 2026, BHIL’s investment portfolio shows strategic equity investments in group companies with a market value of ₹230,009 crore against a cost of ₹19,841 crore. The total market value of the company’s investments was ₹234,401 crore, with a total cost of ₹22,025 crore.
