Aadhar Housing Finance: Q1 FY27 Results Show Revenue Growth and Profit

Aadhar Housing Finance Limited has announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported ₹99.71 lakh in total income and a profit after tax of ₹28.23 lakh for the quarter. The results also include disclosures on the utilization of proceeds from Non-Convertible Debentures, confirming their use as per stated objects with no deviations.

Aadhar Housing Finance Reports Q1 FY27 Financials

Aadhar Housing Finance Limited has released its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27, which concluded on June 30, 2026. The company’s Board of Directors reviewed and approved these results during a meeting held on July 31, 2026.

Standalone Financial Performance

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Aadhar Housing Finance reported total revenue from operations amounting to ₹99,277 lakhs. With other income, the total income stood at ₹99,708 lakhs. Total expenses for the period were ₹63,351 lakhs, leading to a profit before tax of ₹36,357 lakhs. After accounting for tax expenses, the profit after tax for the quarter was ₹28,231 lakhs. Comprehensive income for the quarter was ₹28,060 lakhs.

Consolidated Financial Performance

The consolidated financial results for the same period show total revenue from operations at ₹99,289 lakhs and total income of ₹99,719 lakhs. Total consolidated expenses were ₹63,356 lakhs. The profit before tax and exceptional item was ₹36,363 lakhs. After tax, the consolidated profit after tax reached ₹28,236 lakhs, with a total comprehensive income of ₹28,065 lakhs.

Debt Utilization Disclosure

In compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations, the company has also provided a statement on the utilization of proceeds from Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued during the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Aadhar Housing Finance confirmed that the issue proceeds of listed non-convertible securities raised up to this quarter have been fully utilized for the stated objects without any deviations or variations. An annexure details the utilization of ₹250 crores raised via private placement of NCDs on June 18, 2026.
