Bajaj Electricals: Approves Stock Options Grant & Vesting

Bajaj Electricals Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the grant of 81,983 stock options to 7 eligible employees under the ‘Bajaj Electricals Limited – Performance Stock Option Plan 2023’ (PSOP Plan 2023). Additionally, the committee approved the vesting of 75,358 stock options to 259 eligible employees. At a meeting held on August 6, 2026, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Bajaj Electricals Limited has made key decisions regarding its employee stock option plans. The committee has sanctioned the grant of 81,983 stock options under the ‘Bajaj Electricals Limited – Performance Stock Option Plan 2023’ (PSOP Plan 2023) to 7 eligible employees of the company. This action is in line with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.

Vesting and Exercise Details

Further to the grant, the committee also approved the vesting of 75,358 stock options under the same PSOP Plan 2023. These vested options are allocated to 259 eligible employee cases. Key Terms of the Plan

Under the PSOP Plan 2023, the exercise price for these options is set at the face value of the company’s equity share, which is Rs.2/- per equity share. The exercise period for these options is stipulated as two years from the date of respective vesting, with exceptions for events outlined in the plan. The company has confirmed that the PSOP Plan 2023 is compliant with the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.
