Awfis Space Solutions: Q1 FY27 Revenue Rises 27% to ₹425 Cr

Awfis Space Solutions Reports Strong Q1 FY27 Performance

Awfis Space Solutions Limited has declared its unaudited consolidated financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2027 (Q1 FY27), ending June 30, 2026. The company demonstrated substantial growth, with revenue from operations increasing by 27% year-over-year to ₹425 crore, compared to ₹335 crore in Q1 FY26. This growth was driven by a 27% rise in co-working revenue to ₹352 crore and a 25% increase in construction and fit-out projects to ₹73 crore.

Key Financial Highlights

Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) grew by 28% year-over-year to ₹162 crore in Q1 FY27, up from ₹127 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The EBITDA margin remained strong at 38.2%. Profit Before Tax (PBT) saw a significant surge of 135% to ₹24 crore, compared to ₹10 crore in Q1 FY26. Profit After Tax (PAT) also rose by 140% to ₹24 crore, with the PAT margin at 5.6%.

Operational Achievements

During the quarter, Awfis expanded its network by adding 7 new centres, bringing the total to 251 centres with approximately 170,000 seats across 18 cities. The company serves a diversified client base of nearly 3,600 clients. Occupancy at centres older than 12 months stood at 83%, while overall portfolio occupancy was 76%. The company highlighted its sustained demand from enterprises and Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and the premiumisation of its portfolio contributing to revenue and margin expansion.

Revenue grew 27% YoY to ₹425 Cr, while reported EBITDA increased 28% YoY to ₹162 Cr, with EBITDA margins of 38.2%. Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at ₹24 Cr.” He further added that the company is well-positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for flexible workspaces across India with its differentiated pan-India network and growing portfolio of premium centres.
