The company reported a total income of ₹558.22 lakh for the quarter, compared to ₹498.10 lakh in the same quarter of the previous year. However, total expenses rose to ₹625.59 lakh from ₹551.53 lakh in the prior year’s comparable period.
Profitability and Key Figures
Consequently, the company posted a profit/(loss) before tax of ₹(67.37) lakh for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. After accounting for tax expenses, the net loss for the period stood at ₹66.17 lakh. This contrasts with a profit of ₹100.88 lakh reported for the corresponding quarter of the previous year (ended June 30, 2025).
Comprehensive Income and Earning Per Share
The total comprehensive income for the quarter was ₹(66.17) lakh. The earning per equity share (basic) for the period was ₹(0.72), down from ₹(0.44) in the previous year’s comparable quarter.
Board Approvals
In addition to the financial results, the Board of Directors approved the payment of an honorarium of ₹1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) per month to Mr. J C Marathe, with this arrangement commencing from August 1, 2026.
