Awfis Space Solutions Limited has announced its audited financial results for the full year FY26, reporting a record-breaking annual revenue of ₹1,493 crore. This represents a 24% year-over-year (YoY) growth, significantly propelled by a 35% surge in the co-working business segment. The company also achieved an industry-leading ROCE of 60% and a notable 66% growth in annual profit after tax, underscoring its strong market position and operational efficiency.
FY26 Financial Performance
The company delivered a defining performance in FY26, achieving its highest-ever annual revenue. Operating EBITDA grew by 37% YoY to ₹550 crore, with margins expanding by 350 basis points to 36.8%. This robust performance is attributed to improved scale efficiencies, a higher proportion of mature centers, and effective operating leverage. Profit after tax (PAT) for the fiscal year reached ₹71 crore, marking a significant 66% increase compared to the previous year.
Strong Close to the Fiscal Year
The final quarter, Q4 FY26 (January–March), set new benchmarks for the company, recording the highest-ever quarterly revenue, EBITDA, and profitability. Revenue for the quarter stood at ₹410 crore, a 21% YoY growth, while Operating EBITDA rose by 31% YoY to ₹152 crore. The quarterly PAT saw a remarkable 107% growth, reaching ₹23 crore.
Operational Expansion and Scale
During FY26, Awfis expanded its footprint by adding 41 new centers and 30,000 operational seats. The company’s total network now spans 266 centers and ~184,000 seats across 18 cities. This growth serves a diversified base of ~3,500 customers. The company highlights its capital-light supply strategy and consistent 100% Grade A/A+ supply for new centers as key drivers of its network quality.
Enterprise and GCC Demand
A significant portion of the growth is driven by sustained enterprise and Global Capability Center (GCC) demand. Enterprise and MNC clients now constitute 64% of the total clientele. Notably, the company serves 100+ unique GCC clients, which now account for 23% of its total rental revenue. With a weighted average tenure of 37 months and high client stickiness, Awfis enters FY27 with a strong foundation and high visibility for future growth.
