With an extensive career spanning over 22 years, Ms. Pathak brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role. In her most recent capacity, she led the NPI (New Product Introduction) and TAS function for Abbott’s Specialty Care business in India, where she was instrumental in establishing NPI as a primary growth engine. Her track record includes ensuring the timely launch of numerous products across diverse therapy areas and managing lifecycle initiatives.
Ms. Pathak has been with Abbott since 2007, initially joining as a Research Scientist. Over the years, she has contributed significantly to the company’s innovation and development transformation, managing project execution and portfolio strategy.
