With nearly three decades of extensive experience in the financial services sector, Mr. Agarwal is a seasoned professional. His background includes a significant tenure at Axis Bank, where he held numerous senior leadership positions and played a crucial role in scaling various businesses. His expertise spans commercial and institutional banking, transaction banking, government business, corporate banking, financial institutions, and capital markets. The bank highlighted his recognized ability to balance business growth with strong governance and customer-centricity.

Mr. Agarwal’s professional journey includes over twenty years at Axis Bank, contributing significantly to areas like Financial Institutions, Government Business, Transaction Banking, and Priority Sector Lending Strategy. Prior to this, he also gained experience in Project Finance and Credit at IFCI. He is a Chartered Accountant, Cost & Management Accountant, and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with a silver medal from Lucknow University.
