In addition, the board conducted its annual review of the SMP list. Mr. Yogesh Soni has been newly categorized as an SMP effective July 25, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Bhaskar Karkera, Mr. Vaman Ramesh Kamat, Mr. Vivek Rathi, Mr. Dhavan Natvarlal Shah, and Mr. Ankur Tripathi have been re-categorized from SMP to non-SMP, also effective July 25, 2026. Furthermore, Mr. Deepak Jain will transition from SMP to non-SMP on September 1, 2026, upon completing his tenure as Chief Risk Officer. All these officials remain in the Bank’s employ.
Record Date and Annual General Meeting
The Board has declared Friday, July 31, 2026, as the Record Date to determine the eligibility of members to receive any final dividend that may be declared at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank is scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 5, 2026. The meeting will be conducted through video conferencing or other audio-visual means.
Financial Performance Highlights (Quarter Ended June 30, 2026)
The unaudited financial results reveal a Net Profit of ₹79,595.29 lakh for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This compares to a Net Profit of ₹83,186.95 lakh in the preceding quarter ended March 31, 2026, and ₹58,085.82 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year ended June 30, 2025. Total Income for the quarter stood at ₹5,99,195.79 lakh.
Key Ratios and Disclosures
The Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) stood at a robust 18.93% as of June 30, 2026. Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) were reported at ₹10.63. The bank maintained healthy Gross NPA and Net NPA ratios at 2.10% and 0.76%, respectively, of total advances.
Segmental Performance
In terms of segment performance, the Retail Banking segment generated a profit of ₹66,425.02 lakh for the quarter. The Treasury segment reported a profit of ₹10,866.30 lakh. The Total Profit Before Tax across all segments was ₹1,06,398.62 lakh.
