Latent View Analytics Limited announced today that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 31, 2026, has considered and approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. These results include both standalone and consolidated figures prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). The Limited Review Report from M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP, the Company’s statutory auditors, has also been approved and is enclosed with the results.
Key Financial Highlights
The accompanying statement of unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, reveals the company’s financial performance during the period. For the quarter ended September 30, 2026, revenue from operations stood at ₹2,940.68 million, with a profit before tax of ₹654.07 million and a profit after tax of ₹484.68 million. Total comprehensive income for the quarter was ₹66.12 million. For the half-year ended September 30, 2026, revenue from operations amounted to ₹5,809.44 million, profit before tax was ₹1,306.99 million, and profit after tax was ₹955.71 million. Total comprehensive income for the half-year reached ₹104.26 million.
Reconstitution of Risk Management Committee
In addition to the financial results, the Board has approved the reconstitution of the Risk Management Committee, effective October 31, 2026. Mr. Rajan Sethuraman ceases to be a member of this committee. The revised composition of the committee includes Dr. R. Raghuttama Rao as Chairperson, and Mr. Reed Cundiff and Dr. Anindya Ghose as Members, all designated as Independent Directors.
Trading Window Closure
Further to previous communication, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. It is scheduled to reopen on Tuesday, November 03, 2026.
