The company’s Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) for Q1 FY27 was recorded at INR 8,680 million. This figure indicates a stable performance with a 0.0% change compared to the same period in the previous year. Consequently, the EBITDA margin for the quarter was 11.7%, a decrease from 13.2% in Q1 FY26.

Consolidated Performance Overview

In comparison to FY26, where revenue stood at INR 284,706 million and EBITDA at INR 41,432 million, the Q1 FY27 results show continued revenue expansion. The Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) for the trailing twelve months (TTM) was 13.3%, with a Net Debt to EBITDA ratio of 0.4x, indicating a stable leverage position.

Standalone Performance Snapshot

On a standalone basis, Apollo Tyres reported revenues of INR 54,619 million for Q1 FY27, an increase of 15.6% YoY. The standalone EBITDA was INR 6,549 million, up by 1.6% YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 12.0%.

Geographical Revenue Mix

The consolidated revenue mix for Q1 FY27 shows India contributing 69% of the total, followed by Europe at 26%, and others at 5%. In terms of products, Passenger Vehicles accounted for 36% of consolidated revenue, Truck & Bus at 41%, and other categories making up the remainder.

Capacity Utilization

Capacity utilization remains robust, with India at 91% and Europe at 94% for Q1 FY27.
