Additionally, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹8.50 per equity share. The company is also moving forward with a restructuring strategy, including the voluntary liquidation of its non-operational subsidiary, APL Apollo Mart Limited.

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, APL Apollo Tubes delivered robust growth. The company achieved a total annual revenue from operations of ₹23,079 crore, marking a significant increase from the previous year. Profit for the year stood at ₹1,203 crore, reflecting strong operational efficiency and sustained demand for its products.

Dividend Recommendation

Reflecting its commitment to rewarding shareholders, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹8.50 per equity share (at a face value of ₹2 each), which translates to a 425% payout. This proposal is subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Strategic Restructuring and Divestment

As part of its ongoing capital allocation strategy, the company has initiated the voluntary liquidation of APL Apollo Mart Limited, a non-operational subsidiary that did not contribute significant business value. Furthermore, the company has secured in-principle approval to divest its shareholding in Blue Ocean Projects Private Limited. This move is aimed at unlocking capital to be redeployed into the company’s core manufacturing business.

Board and Management Appointments

The Board has recommended the re-appointment of several Independent Directors for a second term of five consecutive years, including Mrs. Asha Anil Agarwal, Shri Upendra Kamath H S, Shri Rajeev Anand, and Shri Dinesh Kumar Mittal. Additionally, M/s Sanjay Gupta & Associates has been appointed as Cost Auditors for the 2026-27 financial year.
