These results, along with the limited review reports from the Statutory Auditor, have been duly approved.
Key Leadership Appointments
In addition to the financial review, the Board also approved significant appointments to its leadership team:
- Dr. Bhaskar Ghosh has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of 3 years, subject to shareholder approval. Dr. Ghosh brings extensive experience in business and technology, having previously served as Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at Accenture.
- Ms. Srividhya Srinivasan has been appointed as a Whole-time Director, designated as “Whole-time Director & Chief Technology Officer”. This appointment is effective from November 5, 2026, for a period of 5 years, also subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Srinivasan, a promoter, is currently the Chief Technology Officer and has over 24 years of experience in the technology and broadcasting sector.
