As part of its ongoing global business strategy, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited has established Astro Ship Management Angola (SU) LDA. The company was formally incorporated on May 18, 2026, and operates under the umbrella of Astro Middle East Ship Management DMCC. This development marks a calculated expansion for the company into the Angolan maritime market, further solidifying its operational capabilities in ship management.

Business Scope and Capitalization

The primary focus of the newly incorporated entity is Ships Management and Operation. To facilitate its initial operations, the subsidiary has been capitalized with 1 (one) share valued at Kz. 9,180,000, which is equivalent to USD 10,000. Astro Middle East Ship Management DMCC maintains a 100% shareholding in this new entity, ensuring full operational control and integration within the broader organizational structure.
