Appointment of Aniket Kulshreshtha
Shri Aniket Kulshreshtha, who holds the ICSI Membership No. FCS – 7795, officially stepped into his new role with immediate effect from 30th July 2026. His appointment was approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on the same date. Shri Kulshreshtha possesses a robust professional background, with over 17 years of post-qualification experience. He is a fellow member of ICSI and holds degrees in Commerce & Law from Delhi University, along with a Master’s Degree in Management. His prior experience includes working with prominent listed companies such as BHEL, REC Limited, and DCM Shriram Limited, where he managed comprehensive corporate secretarial and compliance activities. Notably, he also served as the Company Secretary of NMDC Steel Limited.
Resignation of Pravin Shekhar
The appointment of Shri Kulshreshtha follows the resignation of Shri Pravin Shekhar, ACS – 58775, from his position as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Shri Shekhar’s resignation, submitted on 30th July 2026, is a result of organizational restructuring and his subsequent transfer to the Finance Department at NMDC Limited. His last day in the role was designated as 30th July 2026, or as deemed appropriate by the Board.
