Intellect Design Arena Limited announced today the approval for the grant of 82,500 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). This grant falls under the company’s existing ESOP/ISOP Schemes, specifically the ISOP/RSU 2016 Scheme. The approval was accorded by the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee (NRCC) of the Company on July 30, 2026.
Grant Details and Vesting Schedule
A total of 82,500 RSUs have been granted to 7 associates. The grant price for each RSU is set at ₹5. The vesting of these RSUs will be staggered over three years, with equal annual installments vesting at the end of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th years from the date of the grant. This initiative serves as a long-term incentive to retain and motivate key employees.
Vesting and Conversion Rights
It is noted that these are fresh grants and are not in exchange for the surrender of any prior grants. Upon the expiry of the vesting period, the associates will be entitled to convert their vested RSUs into equity shares of the company. This conversion can be done either in full or in tranches, at any time during the exercise period as stipulated under the terms of the Scheme.
