The Board of Directors of NMDC Steel Limited, in a meeting held on the same day, approved the appointment of Shri Paraj Kanti Saha to fill the vacant positions.

New Appointee’s Profile

Shri Paraj Kanti Saha brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He is an Associate member of ‘The Institute of Company Secretaries of India’ (Membership No. A-75686) and also holds a Fellow membership from ‘The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India’ and ‘The Institute of Cost Accountants of India’. Prior to this appointment, Shri Saha was associated with the Finance Department of NMDC Limited since 2015, where he managed various work assignments, including costing, accounting, treasury, and taxation. His previous experience also includes a tenure with IREL (India) Limited.
