Datamatics Global Services Board Approves Q4 Results, Final Dividend, and Strategic Amalgamation

Datamatics Global Services has reported its financial performance for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹5 per share (100% face value). Furthermore, the company has approved a strategic scheme of amalgamation to consolidate its wholly owned subsidiaries, Dextara Digital Private Limited and Datamatics Cloud Solutions Private Limited, into the parent entity to enhance operational synergies.

Financial Performance Overview

For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, Datamatics Global Services reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹519.26 crore, up from ₹497.15 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. For the full financial year, the company achieved a consolidated revenue of ₹1,987.15 crore. The net profit attributable to owners for the full year stood at ₹194.21 crore.

Strategic Amalgamation

The Board has approved the merger of its wholly owned subsidiaries, Dextara Digital Private Limited and Datamatics Cloud Solutions Private Limited, into Datamatics Global Services Limited. This scheme, effective from April 1, 2026, is designed to integrate complementary capabilities in artificial intelligence, cloud-based CRM platforms, and Salesforce solutions. The move aims to create a comprehensive end-to-end digital transformation offering, optimize resource utilization, and simplify the group’s legal structure.

Dividend and Leadership Updates

Reflecting the company’s robust performance, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹5 per equity share, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rahul L. Kanodia as the Vice Chairman & CEO for a fresh term of 5 years, commencing from February 22, 2027, ensuring continuity in strategic leadership.

Segment Performance

The company continues to focus on three core pillars: Digital Operations, Digital Technologies, and Digital Experiences. The Digital Operations segment remained the largest contributor, delivering ₹1,101.41 crore in revenue for the financial year, followed by Digital Technologies at ₹626.51 crore and Digital Experiences at ₹259.23 crore.
