SRF Limited delivered a resilient performance in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2026. Consolidated revenue grew to ₹4,615 crore, marking a 7% increase over the corresponding period last year. Operational Earnings before Interest and Tax (EBIT) rose by 12% to ₹1,011 crore, while Profit after Tax (PAT) reached ₹582 crore, a 11% growth compared to the previous year. For the full fiscal year 2026, the company recorded an annual revenue of ₹15,787 crore, reflecting a 7% annual growth.
Segment Performance Overview
The Chemicals Business, a core driver for the firm, saw its revenue increase by 4% to ₹2,448 crore, with operating profits rising 5%. Performance was bolstered by strong volumes in Fluorochemicals. The Performance Films & Foil Business showcased significant momentum with a 13% revenue increase to ₹1,596 crore and an impressive 47% jump in operating profit. Additionally, the Technical Textiles Business reported a 5% revenue growth, with operating profits surging by 63%.
Strategic Investments and Future Outlook
SRF has revised its capital expenditure plans for a new generation Refrigerants project, now committing approximately ₹2,300 crore. This investment includes a 20,000 tons per annum HFO production facility and a new 30,000 tons per annum HF plant, expected to be completed by February 2028. Furthermore, the board approved an ₹88 crore investment to expand HFC capacity at Dahej to meet projected demand. Conversely, the company has decided to indefinitely defer its proposed ₹490 crore BOPP Film manufacturing facility in Indore due to changing market conditions.
Intellectual Property and Recognition
Innovation remains a priority for SRF, with 521 total patent applications filed to date, 156 of which have been granted globally. The company also received industry recognition, including the Procurement Champion title at the ISCM India Procurement Ranking 2026 and the Green Star Award for its Thai operations.
