GHCL Limited concluded the fourth quarter of the financial year 2026 with steady results. The company reported a revenue of Rs. 808 crore, marking a 5% increase on a quarter-on-quarter basis. The EBITDA stood at Rs. 194 crore with an EBITDA margin of 23.9%, reflecting the company’s ability to navigate global supply chain uncertainties and pricing pressures through operational efficiency.

Annual Overview and Shareholder Returns

For the full financial year FY26, GHCL recorded a total revenue of Rs. 3,144 crore and a Profit After Tax of Rs. 479 crore. The company demonstrated a strong commitment to capital allocation, successfully concluding a Rs. 300 crore buyback and paying out Rs. 115 crore in dividends. This total payout of Rs. 415 crore represents 87% of the FY26 PAT, showcasing management’s confidence in the business and focus on rewarding shareholders.

The company remains focused on its diversification strategy. Projects in Bromine and Vacuum Salt are in advanced stages and are scheduled for commissioning in the first quarter of the new financial year.
