Swarnsarita Jewels: Q1 FY27 Profit Soars to ₹1,440 Lakhs

Swarnsarita Jewels India Limited announced its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a substantial profit before tax of ₹1,440.04 lakh, a significant improvement compared to the previous periods. The Board also approved the change of the company’s registered office within local limits.

Swarnsarita Jewels Reports Strong Q1 Performance

Swarnsarita Jewels India Limited has declared its unaudited standalone financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27, ending June 30, 2026. The company demonstrated robust financial performance, with a profit before tax (PBT) of ₹1,440.04 lakh. This marks a considerable increase from the loss of ₹63.88 lakh reported in the quarter ended March 31, 2026, and also surpasses the profit of ₹723.95 lakh from the corresponding quarter in the previous year (June 30, 2025).

Key Financial Highlights

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the total income stood at ₹20,640.96 lakh. Total expenses were recorded at ₹19,200.92 lakh. After accounting for tax expenses of ₹329.48 lakh, the company registered a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹1,110.56 lakh. The total comprehensive income for the quarter also reached ₹1,110.56 lakh.

Earnings Per Share (EPS)

The basic and diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, were reported at ₹5.32 each (not annualised for the quarter/half year ended). This is a significant jump from the EPS of ₹(0.42) in the previous quarter and ₹2.56 in the year-ago quarter.

Registered Office Relocation

In a separate development, the Board of Directors also approved the change of the company’s registered office. The new address, effective immediately and within the local limits of Mumbai, is now 104, Floor – 1ST, Plot-17/19, Swarn House, Dhanji Street, Zaveri Bazar, Mumbadevi, Mandvi, Mumbai-400003.
