Standalone Performance

On a standalone basis, the company reported a profit before tax of ₹209.58 Lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This figure contrasts with a loss before tax of (₹139.14 Lakhs) in the preceding quarter ended March 31, 2026, and a profit before tax of ₹281.30 Lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (June 30, 2025).

Consolidated Performance

The consolidated financial results for the group, which includes its subsidiary Shrinivasa Agro Foods Private Limited, also showed a profit before tax of ₹334.75 Lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This indicates an improvement compared to the loss before tax of (₹360.68 Lakhs) in the previous quarter and a profit before tax of ₹349.08 Lakhs in the same quarter of the previous year.

Net Profit and Other Comprehensive Income

The net profit for the period on a standalone basis stood at ₹156.98 Lakhs. The total comprehensive income for the period, comprising profit and other comprehensive income, was also reported as ₹156.98 Lakhs.

For the consolidated entity, the net profit for the quarter was ₹251.90 Lakhs, with total comprehensive income reported at ₹254.65 Lakhs.

Segmental Performance

The segment-wise results reveal that ‘Fertilizers’ contributed positively to both standalone and consolidated profits. For standalone operations, the fertilizer segment reported a profit before tax of ₹250.35 Lakhs. The solvent segment reported a loss before tax of (₹122.72 Lakhs), while ‘Other agricultural commodities’ generated a profit before tax of ₹4.60 Lakhs.

Consolidated segment results show a profit before tax of ₹251.47 Lakhs for fertilizers, a loss of (₹122.72 Lakhs) for solvent, and a profit of ₹6.81 Lakhs for other agricultural commodities.
