FDC Limited has approved an investment for a minimum 26% equity stake in Netra Green Energy Private Limited, a Power Producer and subsidiary of Sunsure Energy Private Limited. This investment, to be made in one or more tranches, is capped at a maximum of ₹45 Lakhs (Rupees Forty Five Lakhs). The approval is contingent upon satisfactory due diligence and obtaining any necessary regulatory approvals. This initiative is part of a Group Captive Solar Project intended to support the company’s API manufacturing plant located in Roha.

The standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, show total income of ₹70,244 lakhs and profit after tax of ₹13,202 lakhs. Consolidated figures for the same period report total income of ₹71,535 lakhs and profit after tax of ₹13,249 lakhs.
