For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Zydus Wellness demonstrated significant financial health. The company recorded Net Sales of ₹39,400 million, marking a substantial 46.4% growth over the previous year. Gross Contribution reached ₹23,941 million, with the gross margin expanding by 772 bps to 60.2%, underscoring the strength of the portfolio and the positive impact of newly acquired international businesses.

Strategic Brand Dominance

Zydus Wellness continues to command leadership positions in several categories. The flagship brand, Sugar Free, maintained its No. 1 position with a 96.1% market share. Similarly, the Everyuth range saw strong double-digit growth in FY26, driven by innovative launches like the Tan Removal Face Wash. The company also reported positive momentum for Complan, which delivered near double-digit year-on-year growth despite broader category headwinds.

International Expansion and Future Outlook

The international business, excluding Comfort Click, achieved high double-digit topline growth. Strategic efforts, such as launching WeightWorld and maxmedix brands on Boots.com in the UK and Amazon in the UAE, have successfully enhanced global market access. Furthermore, the company has diversified its portfolio into new categories including high-protein snacks, specialized supplements, and Korean-inspired flavours, aligning with global health and wellness trends to drive long-term momentum.
