ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India has announced changes in its senior management. Mr. Sachin Deshmukh has transitioned from Senior General Manager – Product Line (Chassis Structure) to assume responsibilities for Industrial Technology. Consequently, Mr. Shankar Venkatachalam, Head – OE Sales, will now oversee the Product Line (Chassis Structure) alongside his current responsibilities. These changes are effective as of December 22, 2025.
Senior Management Restructuring
Effective December 22, 2025, ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India has implemented internal role changes within its senior management team. These adjustments are intended to optimize operational efficiency and align leadership with evolving business needs. The changes impact responsibilities within the product line and industrial technology divisions.
Key Personnel Changes
Mr. Sachin Deshmukh, previously serving as Senior General Manager for the Product Line (Chassis Structure), has taken on new responsibilities within the Industrial Technology (I) Division. This transition marks a shift in focus from Commercial Vehicle Solutions (CVS) to a broader role within the company’s technological infrastructure. Due to this change, Mr. Deshmukh will no longer be considered part of the Senior Management Personnel.
New Responsibilities Assigned
In light of Mr. Deshmukh’s transition, Mr. Shankar Venkatachalam, currently Head of OE Sales, will assume additional responsibility for the Product Line (Chassis Structure). This expanded role will see him manage both OE Sales and the Chassis Structure product line, consolidating leadership and expertise within these critical areas of the business. This addition makes Mr. Venkatachalam Senior Management Personnel within the company.
