For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Zensar Technologies reported a total income of ₹8,366 million, a notable increase from the previous periods. The company’s expenses for the quarter totaled ₹6,022 million. This resulted in a profit before exceptional item and tax of ₹2,344 million. After accounting for a tax expense of ₹493 million, the net profit after tax stood at ₹1,835 million. The earnings per share (EPS) for the period were ₹8.09 (basic) and ₹7.97 (diluted).

Consolidated Financial Performance

On a consolidated basis, the company’s performance also showed positive trends. The total income for the quarter reached ₹15,656 million, with total expenses amounting to ₹13,194 million. The profit before exceptional item and tax was ₹2,462 million. Following a tax expense of ₹654 million, the consolidated net profit after tax was reported as ₹1,838 million. The company noted an exceptional item related to the statutory impact of new Labour Codes, which had a net effect on profit before tax.
