Zensar Technologies Board Approves Appointment of New Statutory Auditors

Zensar Technologies Limited has announced a transition in its statutory audit leadership. Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the company’s Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP. The new auditors are set to serve a five-year term, commencing from the conclusion of the 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2027 and continuing until the conclusion of the 69th AGM in 2032.

Audit Leadership Transition

Zensar Technologies has initiated a planned change in its external audit firm. The company confirmed that M/s. SRBC & Co LLP, the current statutory auditor, will continue to manage the audit of the company and its subsidiaries until the conclusion of the 64th AGM, which is scheduled to take place in 2027. This period marks the completion of the current auditor’s five-year term.

New Appointment Details

Effective from the conclusion of the 64th AGM in 2027, Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP will assume the role of statutory auditors for a five-year tenure. This appointment is subject to the necessary approval from the company’s shareholders. The firm, established in 1991 and operating as a limited liability partnership since 2014, is a member entity of the Price Waterhouse & Affiliates network.

Firm Credentials

The incoming firm, headquartered in New Delhi, maintains a national presence with nine branches across India. As of December 2025, the firm supports its operations with over 125 Assurance Partners. The appointment follows the standard procedural requirements for ensuring auditor independence and compliance with the company’s governance framework for both domestic and international operations.
