Zen Technologies has announced its audited financial results for the fiscal year 2025-26, reporting a consolidated revenue of ₹687.69 crore and a net profit of ₹217.93 crore. The company has recommended a final dividend of 100% (₹1 per share) and confirmed a robust order book of ₹1,336.04 crore as of March 31, 2026. Furthermore, the company has strengthened its leadership with the appointment of Dr. Sreenivas Rao Yellamanchali as Chief Technology Officer.

Financial Highlights

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Zen Technologies achieved consolidated revenue from operations of ₹687.69 crore, compared to ₹973.64 crore in the previous year. The net profit for the year stood at ₹217.93 crore, reflecting the company’s sustained performance in the Defence and Homeland Security sector. Shareholders can expect a final dividend of 100%, amounting to ₹1 per equity share, subject to approval at the upcoming 33rd Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 29, 2026.

Strategic Order Book and Operational Update

The company maintains a strong market position with a total order book valued at ₹1,336.04 crore as of March 31, 2026. This order backlog provides healthy revenue visibility for the coming fiscal periods. During the board meeting, the company also confirmed its commitment to operational excellence by appointing Dr. Sreenivas Rao Yellamanchali, a former DRDO Director General, as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective May 06, 2026. This appointment is expected to bolster the company’s R&D and technological capabilities.

Governance and Audits

Zen Technologies has also streamlined its internal audit and cost audit functions for the 2026-27 financial year. The board approved the appointments of NSVR & Associates LLP as Internal Auditors and M P R & Associates as Cost Auditors, ensuring rigorous oversight of the company’s financial and operational processes. Additionally, the company is managing the recovery process following a fire incident at Unistring Tech Solutions Private Limited on April 25, 2026, with insurance claims currently under assessment.
