Financial Performance: Q1 FY27 Highlights

The company reported a Revenue from Operations of ₹141.64 crore for Q1 FY27, a decrease from ₹158.22 crore in Q1 FY26. EBITDA stood at ₹57.88 crore, down from ₹86.49 crore in the previous year’s comparable quarter. Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q1 FY27 was ₹34.46 crore, compared to ₹47.75 crore in Q1 FY26. The financial statement summary indicates total revenue of ₹160.79 crore and EBITDA margins at 40.9% for the quarter.

Consolidated Order Book Status

As of 30th June 2026, Zen Technologies’ consolidated order book stood at a strong ₹1,239.02 crore. This includes ₹920.59 crore in equipment orders and ₹318.43 crore in Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). The order book comprises ₹1,153.77 crore in domestic orders and ₹85.25 crore in export orders, reflecting a balanced geographical presence. The order book as at 31st March 2026 was ₹1,336.04 crore, with ₹44.62 crore of new orders bagged in Q1 FY27 and ₹141.64 crore of orders executed during the same period.

Advanced Product Suite and Innovations

The presentation details Zen Technologies’ advanced product suite, which spans Drone & Counter-Drone Solutions, Operational Equipment, Training Solutions, and Naval Simulation. Key offerings include Anti Drone Systems, Loitering Munition, Force Multipliers, ISR systems, Live Ranges, Virtual Simulation, Combat Training Centres, and various Naval Solutions like Marine Solutions and Submarine Navigation Simulators.
