Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Record-Breaking Annual Performance for FY26

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has concluded FY26 with its strongest performance to date. The company reported a significant annual topline of ₹19,076 million, reflecting a 46.3% YoY growth. Key drivers included robust contributions from its Propel and Program platforms, strategic acquisitions, and a decisive shift toward AI-integrated operations. Zaggle remains optimistic, projecting consolidated revenue growth of approximately 40% for FY27, supported by global expansion and deep monetization across its strategic pillars.

Consolidated Financial Milestones

For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, Zaggle achieved record growth across all financial metrics. The company delivered an annual revenue of ₹19,076 million, marking a 46.3% YoY increase. Profitability also surged, with an annual PAT of ₹1,388 million (up 51.8% YoY) and an adjusted EBITDA of ₹1,916 million (up 51.0% YoY). Quarterly performance in Q4 FY26 followed this trend, with revenues reaching ₹6,179 million, a 49.9% YoY growth.

Strategic Growth and Acquisitions

Zaggle’s expansion in FY26 was fueled by both organic product innovation and inorganic growth. Key acquisitions completed during the year included Greenedge Enterprises and Rivpe Technology (now rebranded as Zagg.Money), which expanded the company’s ecosystem into the consumer retail credit card market and enhanced loyalty and reward capabilities. Additionally, the establishment of Zaggle Payments IFSC Ltd in GIFT City provides a critical foundation for the company’s future cross-border payment ambitions.

AI-Driven Future Outlook

The company has transitioned from an AI-led vision to full-scale execution, deploying dual AI engines—one focused on internal operational efficiency and the other on powering enhanced customer-facing capabilities. Looking ahead to FY27, management maintains a positive outlook, anticipating standalone revenue growth of 25–30% and consolidated revenue growth of approximately 40%. This growth is expected to be driven by AI-first product development and strategic expansion into MENA and US markets.

Operational Success

Zaggle continues to maintain strong operational health, serving over 3,900+ corporates and 3.9 million+ users. The Propel platform specifically surpassed the ₹10,000 million annual revenue mark for the first time, contributing significantly to the company’s record performance. With 19 bank partners and a customer churn rate of less than 1.5%, Zaggle remains well-positioned to scale its spend management ecosystem.
