The company, however, believes it has strong grounds to defend its position and intends to file a further appeal before the Hon’ble Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) within the prescribed timelines.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has disclosed that its appeal filed with the Hon’ble Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) has been dismissed. This appeal pertained to an Assessment Order dated March 25, 2026, and a consequential Notice of Demand issued under Section 156 of the Income-tax Act, 1961. The assessment was for the Assessment Year 2024-25.
Pursuit of Further Legal Remedies
Despite the dismissal of the appeal on September 08, 2026, the company maintains a strong belief in its position. Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited intends to pursue available legal remedies and will file an appeal before the appropriate appellate authority, the Hon’ble Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), within the stipulated deadlines.
