Extensive Experience and Background
Angan Guha is a seasoned technology and business leader with more than 34 years of experience driving growth, digital transformation, and client success across diverse geographies. His leadership philosophy focuses on building growth-oriented organizations. Before his current appointment, Guha served as the Global CEO & Managing Director of Birlasoft Ltd., where he led the company through a period of significant growth and value creation. He also holds extensive prior experience with Wipro, having spent over 28 years with the company and holding several senior leadership positions, including CEO of the Americas 2 Business Unit and membership in Wipro’s Executive Leadership Team.
In his previous roles, Angan Guha has managed large businesses with significant P&L responsibility, overseeing key industry verticals such as BFSI, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, and Canada Operations. He has a proven track record in implementing large-scale digital and AI transformation programs, as well as mission-critical infrastructure transformation projects. Guha also played a key role in developing the Technology and Operations Go-To-Market strategy, focusing on securing large deals and achieving consistent growth.
