The decision, which received the backing of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is effective from May 6, 2026. As part of his ongoing commitment to the organization, Mr. Uppal will remain liable to retire by rotation.
Reconstitution of Board Committees
In light of this leadership change, the Board of Directors has updated the composition of three primary committees to ensure continued governance and oversight:
