Whirlpool of India Limited has announced that its 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 09, 2026, commencing at 11:00 A.M. (IST). In compliance with current regulations, the meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM).
Shareholders are informed that a soft copy of the Annual Report and Notice of the AGM will be dispatched electronically to those members whose email addresses are registered with the Company or its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA). For shareholders whose email addresses are not registered, a physical letter containing a web-link to access these documents will be provided. The Annual Report and AGM Notice will also be available on the company’s official website, www.india.whirlpool.in, and on the websites of the stock exchanges.
Record Date and Dividend Payment
The company has also set Friday, August 28, 2026, as the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of members to receive the final dividend for the financial year that concluded on March 31, 2026. This final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, will be paid out within the statutory timelines, subject to the deduction of tax at source.
