Dr. Deepa Vidyadhar Bhajekar possesses a distinguished career, marked by her role as the Founder and Managing Director of ‘d technology,’ a firm specializing in cutting-edge technology development. Her entrepreneurial journey includes establishing MicroChem Silliker India, which later became a part of Merieux Nutrisciences. She has also made significant contributions to India’s food safety ecosystem, serving on the Central Advisory Committee of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Currently, she sits on the Board of Directors for Hardcastle Restaurants Private Limited, the operator of McDonald’s in West and South India. Her academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Food Microbiology from ICT, Mumbai, and the Senior Executive Leadership Program India (SELPI) from Harvard Business School.
